To ensure that our care packages reach poorly friends and relatives in time, we aim to dispatch all orders received before 3pm Monday to Friday on the same day the order was placed. We use Royal Mail First Class delivery to send our care packages and aim for next working day delivery (including Saturdays). Please understand that delays can and do happen, especially during busy times like Christmas.

If you change your mind or your friend makes a miraculous recovery you can cancel your order but only if it has not already been dispatched. Once an order has been dispatched it will already be on its way to the chosen recipient and they'll have to return it to get a full refund.

We do not include an invoice in the parcel so you will need to let the recipient know that the Mend A Friend care package is from you. Or alternatively, you can remain an anonymous benefactor if you like being mysterious and enigmatic.

Unfortunately at present we are unable to deliver our Mend A Friend care packages outside of the United Kingdom.


If you are not completely satisfied with the Mend A Friend care package, you can return the parcel to us for a refund. We are, however, unable to refund any packages where the items included in the parcel have been opened, consumed or used.

If you wish to return your Mend a Friend care package, you are responsible for return postage and refunds are only valid if the item is returned within 14 days from the date it was delivered.

Refunds will be paid to the buyer of the Mend a Friend care package, not the recipient.
